Alyosha Kravinoff is the son of Kraven the Hunter, and a mutant. He retains his mutant powers after M-Day. Edit
Al is the son of the infamous Kraven the hunter. After his fathers suicide Al came to New York to find out about his dad, dressed as Kravin he confronted the Chameleon (Dimitri his uncle).
Beyond
Al has been in Beyond! a six part miniseries, in issue along with The Wasp, Henry Pym, Firebird, The Hood, Gravity, Medusa, Spider-Man and Venom (Mac Gargan former Scorpion). Were transported to Battle World by the Beyonder.
NY City
Kraven shows up in New York City some time later, hunting down animal-themed superhumans for his "zoo". He hunts down Rhino, which brings him into direct conflict with the Punisher, who was also hunting him, and Spider-Man, who was protecting the Rhino from the Punisher. Kraven darts Spider-Man and the Rhino, and hauls the Rhino to his "zoo" in a freighter ship, along with villains like Vulture, Tiger Shark, and Frog Man. He rigs them all with explosive collars to control them, and feeds them tainted food that drives them to animal insanity. The Punisher later enters teh ship, only to be knocked out and chained up within the ship. Kraven thens frees all the animal-people and scuttles the ship, creating a death trap for the Punisher.
