    Cyclops vs. Cyclops 2

All-New X-men is certainly not the best title of Marvel NOW!, but it is probably, in my opinion, the one that'll give you the most fun read. I was very excited for this issue due to the amazing cover, and, although it was fairly good, it was not, in my opinion, as satisfying as the other three comics of the series so far.We start off picking up the events of last issue, as the Scott and Magneto meet the original five. Bendis makes sure to deliver action, although it was very short. Soon after th...

    Cyclops vs Cyclops 0

I will start off to say that All New X-men # 4 is without a doubt the best issue so far, and its also the first issue I can honestly say is " good". Not" eh, it was good" but actually saying that its legitimately good. While the first interaction between teen scott and present scott is short lived, it does not disappoint: Present Cyclop's inner thoughts are a perfect combination of confusion, paranoia and shock, Iceman's funny reaction to a Magneto who is not as ruthless and relentless towards t...

    This is it! 0

Yes! What I've been waiting for: the meeting of the Scotts. If you read issue 3 you saw at the end that the young X-Men landed at the feet of Cyclops and his new team of mutants. Issue 4 picks up right at that point from the mind of modern Scott and what he thinks seeing Jean and himself. It was completely amazing to see what he felt, to see thought bubbles, which is great to see back, and to see him at conflict within and suddenly without. Bendis is doing some stellar work in this book and not ...

I'm Looking At Myself Again 0

The GoodI am very much enjoying this plot, the idea of these over-the-line X-Men meeting their young and innocent counterparts is pretty cool. In fact, it's these young X-Men that steal the show. We have Cyclops, who has travelled to the future to realise that he is the nations of the world's enemy No. 1 who has killed his father figure in life, we have Beast, who is trying to stop his future, almost completely unrecognisable self from dying, and we have Jean, who has realised that she is a tele...

    Wordy first few pages. 1

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!I love this series at first it sounded really bad but after a couple of issues it has become one of my favourite series and my second favourite X-men series (after Uncanny X-force but since that’s ending this will soon be first) the writing has been really good not faultless but consistent but the art is spectacular in every way this is the best looking Marvel Now! Book in my opinion.PlotThe Original X-men face off against Cyclops and Magneto after Jean is overwhelmed by older ...

    Slightly Disappointing 0

This has been a very enjoyable series so far, and although it hasn't been the best Marvel NOW! series, or the most consistent, it has however been one of the most interesting series', and has the potential to be brilliant. Brian Michael Bendis has done a brilliant job of not just following the Avengers Vs. X-Men storyline very well, but bringing the X-Men teams, who in my opinion were badly affected by the AvX crossover, and making them great again.PlotThis issue sees the original X-Men face Cyc...

    Oh No, it's a Bicycle!! 0

I still don't know clearly where Bendis is trying to get with this first arc story: 1) if this is about mutants - as a collateral damage of the "revolution", the appearence of new mutants - getting to their secondary or tertiary mutantions, causing them to readapt, in a way Bendis is doing a good job, bad a very bad, repetitive execution when regards Cyclops' situation; 2) If the idea of bringing the original X-Men into the present was to show "evil Scott" how far he deviated, again it's a very ...
