    Alexander Quirk sent videos to multiple major airwaves to warn the public that he plans to use his "monsters of mass destruction" to try and overthrow the United States Government.

    His monsters resemble zombies, according to Hank Hall.

    He has the ability and finances to arrange for Condor to be broken out of interrogation.
