the Akatsuki leader Pein is most powerful member of the Akatsuki he came out all with plan that Akatsuki nead for theire cool of compeliton, pein the Akatsuki leader never lose to anyone or anything

From the looks of it, Tobi's the real leader, Pein's the figurehead.

Pein's abilities seem pretty simple, powerful but not haxed... so far anyway. He can manifest the Six Realms of Metempsychosis into six different bodies, each possessing one unique ability derived from which realm they represent. Each body also shares the same consciousness and sight, being able to see what the others see... or cannot see. Each body also seems to be low-mid jonin level, but they have the power of perfect teamwork. Being able to know what each other is thinking, seeing what the others see, they can act intuitively without having to rely on communication or visual suggestions.

But his biggest weakness thus far is getting separated. Each body is limited to one ability, without the other bodies working together he's very limited.

If you know his tricks, he can be defeated. Divide and conquer.
