The Exciting Conclusion
As we enter the final issue of this mini-series we see Nate laying close todeath. The techno virus bringing him closer to death. Scott and Jean notgiving up because of their never say die attitude. We then head to Citadel Apocalypse where the clone of Nathan akak Stryfe bound by energy thanks to Apocalypse who wants the child as a host for his essence.We then come back to Nate and he sees everyone worried for him. he also hears his sister Rachel who begins to tell him and teach him all about who and what he is and how to heal himself of the t.o. virus. Jean and Turrin teleport into the Citadel and Turrin is psi zapped by a new ally Ch'vayre.
We return to Nate 's mind and Rachel is helping him and revealing stuff about him that he won't remmber at this point. The future Cable overcomes and defeats the t.o.virus and heads a warning that jean needs help they should go. Meahwhile Apocalypse is ready to finally tranfer his essence into the child Stryfe. Ch'vayre and Jean repel him . Apocalypse however attempts to enter Stryfe but he resists and Apocalypse is stunned and then realizes that Stryfe is not the true one.. Finally for the first and maybe last time The Daysprings/Summers family all attack Apocalypse and break the link between Apocalypse and Stryfe. As soon as the fight is over Scott and Jean are pulled back to their present not before saying good-byes and Ch'vayre's word he will protect Nathan.
