    Fred's in a pickle. He's being fitted with cement shoes by a couple of Mr. D's goons, Omar and Basil. Seems Fred stole a big shipment of experimental Russian weapons, sold them to a rival outfit, and the tried to hide his handiwork in the numbers. The pair toss Fred into the drink. Where Aquaman finds him. And tosses him back on the dock. He scares the pair off. Leaving Fred. Arthur is on the trail of his brother, Orm, Ocean Master. Orm is jealous of every thing Arthur has.
