    The Flash! The second issue features and explosive story pitting The Scarlet Speedster against a bunch of guys with short fuses, and we ain't talking about their attitude! Well, The Flash won't let The Bomb Squad assist in any more demolitions in Keystone City, at least not without a permit! This issue also features a Catwoman story.
