    Man-Thing has an extraterrestrial encounter when he meets Wundarr, an alien man-child from a faraway planet. Wundarr has been raised without any education or comfort; when he begins terrorizing Citrusville with his superhuman powers, Man-Thing must step in! But does Wundarr understand the havoc he wreaks?

    When an alien spaceship crash lands in the swamp, Man-Thing finds himself battling the superhuman occupant.

    Upon seeing this cover I was worried that we were in for a severe letdown. I've read the Swamp Thing comics from this era and they had an annoying tendency to run hot-and-cold from issue to issue - almost without fail you would get one good issue, followed by a bad one. Also whenever the stories in that title were about the supernatural, or crime/thrillers, they were good, but whenever sci-fi and superheroes were introduced, they were inevitably dreadful.
