Plot Summary
Story 1: The Code of the Legion!
The Legion of Super-Heroes are individually tested by a member of the Science Police to see if anyone will crack and speak about the Legion's very secret weapon, the Concentrator. Lightning Lad seems to be the only one who betrays the Legion's secret to the Science Police investigator. However, Lightning Lad had a hunch that the investigator was actually the Time Trapper in a disguise, and he was, so he informed him incorrectly of the Concentrator. The Time Trapper escapes and the Legion vows to stop him.
Story 2: Clark Kent, Cub Reporter
Superboy becomes a cub reporter for the Daily Planet.
