    "The Mysterious Motr Of Doov!"

Supergirl, with Streaky, the Supercat, dissipate a tornado on course for Stanhope College. Their actions hurl them into a parallel dimension, where they have no super-powers. Despite the loss of her super-powers, Supergirl manages to rescue Cresa, a robot menaced by a giant candy cane striped plant. Cresa, too, is not from the mysterious world, Doov, which Supergirl finds herself marooned on. Following a crimson trail in the sky, Cresa, Supergirl, and Streaky, the Supercat, seek the Motr Of Doov, a wise man who may provide them with a route back home.

Along the way, they encounter Chalom, a beast man paralyzed with fear, by a multi-eyed organism. Supergirl chases the creature away. Chalom, too, is a prisoner of Doov. Chalom joins them on the quest to meet the Motr of Doov. Along the way, they encounter Poxar, a being made of neon tubing. Chalom, Cresa, Poxar, Supergril, and Streaky, the Supercat, discover the Sky Pyramid of the Motr Of Doov. The five travelers are welcomed inside.

All discover that the Motr Of Doov transported them all to his dimension, via tornado. The Motr Of Doov reveals himself to be L. Frank Baum, an author who became trapped on Doov, in the 19th Century. Baum has been sequestered inside the Sky-Pyramid, in hiding from the "Wicked One". Believing the "Wicked One" has died, Baum leads the five travelers to the Dimensa-Geyser, that sends them all back to their proper place, and time. Baum's adventures, and escape from Doov, inspire him to write "The Wizard Of Oz".

    "Heartbreak Prison!"

Linda Danvers, a student at Stanhope College, picks up an interplanetary distress signal. Danvers, as Supergirl, flies into space, to investigate. Supergirl discovers the world housing the deadly Zenith Weapon. Supergirl is immediately subdued by a squadron of robots, due to her power loss under a red sun, and brought before Tyrox, the despot. Acting as judge, and jury, Tyrox sentences Supergirl to life imprisonment in the House of Detention. Supergirl is placed in a sky-cell, and informed that any use of her super-powers will result in the execution of her fellow prisoners.Supergirl meets her fellow prisoners.

Yo-La, whose crime was vandalizing a statue of Tyrox. Tyy-Ra, who attempted to steal Tyrox's tribute from her home world. Another is a saboteur who destroyed a rocket. The prisoners are released, and forced to blow up balloons. An exhausted prisoner is brutalized by the guards. The prisoners practically riot, when Tyrox only provides enough food for three of them. An alien bird flies into Supergirl's cell. In the morning, the bird has laid two eggs, One hatches, the other does not. Supergirl realizes that the bars of her cell are, in fact, the Zenith Weapon, as the unhatched egg turns to glass.

Supergirl orders Tyrox release the prisoners, or else she will use the Zenith Weapon to destroy the planet. Tyrox subdues Supergirl with a Kryptonite key. The other prisoners, though, reveal their own super-powers, subduing the guards, and Tyrox. The prisoners are revealed to be super-heroines, from a multitude of worlds, who all came in response to the interstellar distress signal. Supergirl is outfitted with a space suit, that will carry her to the nearest system with a yellow sun, which will revive her dormant powers. On the long journey home, Supergirl wonders who sent the interstellar distress signal.
