Turning to crystal
This is a more action packed issue than the previous ones and doesn't rely on a knowledge of the game too much to make sense of. Instead seemingly for the first time in this series the plot is allowed to advance on its own. The opening sequence to free the captured prisoners was well handled and the background story about Selune's Eye finally provides a firm motive for the villains. The end of issue battle was also well handled but of course only leads in to the next issue where some sort ofresolution is expected. Overall not a bad issue, not exactly the stuff of great comics but entertaining and well conceived and proves this series has something to rely on past the gimmick.
