Adam Bomb was a SPB who was a living atomic warhead, able to explode on command in the same way as the Hiroshima atom bomb. However Adam could not control his own powers, as the atomic reaction was accumulating till it reached critical mass releasing a destructive nuclear explosion, a situation than Adam regrets deeply.
He was created in the high point of the Cold war but was finally decommissioned until his death.
However when the villain Ghoulgotha made the dead rise, Adam was one amongst many of the revived, starting to charge up again before detonating, every-time with stronger levels of damage. Thanks to the Doctor, the Authority quickly put an end to his post living existence to his own relief.
