  1. Superman's New Super-Power (Superman prevents a magnetic comet from hitting the Earth and gets new powers) -- 2. Congo Bill- Witch Doctor -- 3. The Sleeping Beauty of Space (Tommy Tomorrow).

Cover: a couple of crooks are crossing the state line in their pink car, but Superman, with lightning bolts coming out of fingers, is lifting them and the car without touching any of them!
