    “SUPERMAN’S FUNERAL.” As a rocket carrying the dying Superman speeds toward Flammbron, the hottest sun in the universe, Superman reflects on his life and his friends and enemies.

    1. "Superman's Funeral!" (Superman) written by Leo Dorfman, penciled by Ross Andru and inked by Mike Esposito.
    2. "Case of the Campus Crimes!" (Supergirl) written by Dave Wood, penciled and inked by Kurt Schaffenberger.

    Superman (thought): In split-seconds my space coffin will speed into the hottest sun in the universe! Goodbye Lois... Lana... Lori... Supergirl!

    Note: Superman story is a mostly flashbacks with many cameo appearances.
