    Well Done

It's not Grant Morrison, but that's not a bad thing. It's different, more grounded and more like the Superman many of us grew up with.

The Good: Tony Daniel draws an amazing Superman. I love his rendition of Krypton as well. I'm not sure who deserves the actual credit for the issue, either Diggle or Daniel but it works either way. If you enjoy Superman you'll love this book. I hope the tone stays the same for a while, its a nice change.

The Bad: I'm not a fan of the price but that's economics. I also wish the book had a bit of Clark Kent and not just Superman. But thats not a real point against the book.

Summary: The book is a good read. The back up with Krypton is something I feel should have been done a long time ago and was very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to more of those and I hope that becomes a semi permanent backup.

The psychoanalysis of him last issue was spot on and his portrayal is kept up here, even if the scenes here aren't quite...
