well you gotta remember..it wasn't just any guy using that chain...it was the freakin' Hulk!...plus he had beaten him pretty bad already...

Well, if you notice, both Hulk and Abomination were downplayed. You remember Hulk getting dents in his skin from machine gun turrets? You remember how in the fight with Abomination, Hulk didn't get stronger and faster, but rather the injuries stuck, and he got more fatigued? Plus, it was big enough to knock around Hulk, right?
Besides, they're saving Abomination for Avengers. Otherwise, what is Hulk gonna hit?
