    America <3's Booster Gold: 52 Week 2

This is one of my favorite issues of 52 because it's heavy with Booster Gold. There is more of that arrogance, self-centeredness and flashy antics I love. The comic kicks of with some crap about the Dibney's that they were trying to express in the last comic with Ralph about to blow his noodles all over the room. I didn't like all that the comic does however go straight into what Booster Gold is doing right afterwards and then not to long after it cuts over to Renee Montoya in bed with a woman. The whole thing with her road to becoming the new Question kind of starts here.Which is good because I don't like the old Question but I do like Renee. I found it funny that she tried to shoot him when he came into her room. Then we see a bit of what I was talking about in my review of the first issue. Booster Gold tries to save a plane with a burning wing from crashing. He seems to save the heroics until the last minute. He barely gets the plane to land and it was pretty much a lucky break that he could do it at all.

Right after that..Renee's girlfriend leaves her and she's all getting drunk and whatnot. And then she meets up with the Question a second time and he explains to her what's going on.I didn't like the fact they even showed me Donna Troy and Cassie Sandmark toward the end because they don't do anything in this comic or for the rest of the series. They are completely insignificant and I was fiendin for some feats from the two of them.Especially Donna.Overall it was still a good comic.

    I give this comic a 4.5 out of 5

As can be expected of the series as a whole, the first issue served to introduce a lot of divergent storylines which will eventually come together, whereas this issue puts some of the stories into play a bit more effectively.  The action  here focuses on Booster, Ralph and Renee mostly although there is an interesting part with Doctors Magnus and Morrow.  In short Skeets is still malfunctioning, Ralph has found the gravestone of Sue defaced and he is pretty sure of the cause, and Renee is visite...
