Historic first episode of Alan Moore and Ian Gibson's space saga The Ballad of Halo Jones.

This could have been the final issue. Due to a printers strike, unfortunate readers had to wait a month (instead of the usual week) for prog 377 to arrive at their local newsagents. Other comics (such as Scream!) weren't so lucky and were quietly dropped when the strike was over.
