Hearing about the Vulture's defeat of Spider-Man, Kraven becomes furious that he was denied his right to defeat the wall crawler and vows to hunt down his new enemy.

Continued from last issue, Spider-Man is unconscious in a pile of snow, where the new Vulture (Blackie Drago) left him. It seems that he is about to die of the cold, but then for some reason the cold revives Spidey, who manages to make his way home.

Meanwhile, Kraven the Hunter is angry that Vulture is getting all the credit for defeating Spider-Man, since he (Kraven) beat Spider-Man first. Kraven goes out to find Vulture, and lures him into a jungle exhibit at a museum, leaving himself in his perfect element.

After an examination from Doctor Bromwell reveals that Peter is perfectly fine, Peter goes out to stop Kraven and Vulture, having heard about their fight on the radio. After a fierce battle, Spidey defeats both of them.
