    “BETTER THAN BATMAN” part 4! At last, Nightwing and Raptor enact their endgame to shut down the Parliament of Owls permanently! But the Parliament has one last card up its sleeves: The Moloch, a giant owl monster whose mission is simple: eviscerate Nightwing and Raptor.

    The StoryThe final part of the Better Than Batman arc is here and yes, readers finally get the answer to what the title of this arc is in reference to! I'll get to that later though. This issue is quite the Nightwing Hoo-rah tale with Dick showing his capabilities and wrapping things up just in time for the Night of The Monster Men crossover. While Nightwing #4 sticks the landing, I found the Parliament of Owls wrap up to be handled in a bit of a rushed way. The weakest point throughout this ...
