Henry Bendix decides to reorganize Stormwatch to face the sophisticated and complex threats they face on Earth. He gathers some new members to join his team and dismisses several more from active duty. Henry Bendix decides to have three squads:
- Stormforce Prime;
- Stormforce Black;
- Stormforce Red.
Their first mission is to stop a super-powered, murdering psychopath named Father.
Stormwatch returned from a funeral, for a colleague named Flashpoint who turned bad on them in the middle of a crisis.
NOTE: In page 05 appears a cameo of Violator in the Wolfshead Pub.
