    I find it renewing and utterly rewarding that Bendis pulled this title back from the sheering and dreadful forces of Fear Itself that, like a black hole, was sucking all of the energy both from characters and readers (note: after the Infinity Quest arc story I quit reading this series, but now I'm back) and Bendis managed to create such an edge story, linking it to the New Avengers title, that even the usual annoyences like another time the Avengers are without a home (fact: that's why I hate pa...

    Shattered Heroes Still Have Character 0

    Usually issues that appear post crossover event aren't of the finest quality, but I found this issue to be quite well done. It starts with a bit of a stroll down memory lane with several of their most recent major events from the Civil War to Blitzkrieg USA. All the flashbacks are as they seem, but there is a silent focus on a certain SHIELD agent. Her name is Carolina Washington and her behavior is enough to warrant another look. She is collecting what appears to be biological samples from fall...
