    The Good: The beginning is unexpected, but interesting and effective to set the slightly different tone of this issue. Stormwatch is definitely starting to resemble Shadow Cabinet and I like that. There's clearly some weird subtle politics going on behind the scenes and we start to get a feel for that. This is an interesting way for us to start getting used to the characters, and sets up little seeds of future conflict. Apollo and Midnighter are really interesting.     Harry Tanner does what he does best, Adam makes his sales pitch to Apollo and Midnighter, and things generally go from bad to worse.The GoodLike this cover a great deal more than last issue's.I'm glad that Al Barrionuevo has come on this book as co-artist. Honestly I wouldn't mind him staying on permanently. He draws in a style similar to Sepulveda's so their a consistent look and tone to the book throughout which is quite difficult to achieve on a book with multiple artists. Barrionuevo's figur...

    The Story: Stormwatch battle the moon and attempt to recruit Midnighter. My Thoughts:I thought the first issue if Stormwatch showed potential. It was definitely a unique series which I planned on giving a shot. Paul Cornell managed to spark my interest enough to make me want to continue. In this second issue he tries desperately to make these events seem more epic then they are. After finishing the issue, I felt as if not a whole lot had happened.
