    A story told in the eyes of a "Super" Dog 0

    While Grounded as a story arc may or may not be a lovable story, this fill-in issue is a refreshing release for any comic connoisseur. The story is called "Lost Boy, A Tale of Krypto the Superdog" and it really is a great example of great comic story-telling.  Comics are a very visual medium so the pictures can tell a lot and since the story is told in Krypton's point of view Kurt Busiek and co do an interesting thing with the silent narration of the book.  Some Flashbacks are done in black and ...

    A very "OK" issue. 0

    In "Superman" #712 we get a break from the painfully mediocre "Grounded" arc and get a fill-in story by Kurt Busiek. It's a story that was never published titled "Lost Boy: A Tale of Krypto the Superdog".  There's nothing inherently bad about this issue. In fact I can see where this story would reverberate with certain readers. While I did see it as a cute and mildly touching tale, it never spoke to me louder than that. The star of the story is Krypto and it takes place shortly after Connor Ken...
