It's part 1 of the 2-part Doom Patrol vs. Secret Six rematch you've all been waiting for! (Well, some of you. Well, Robotman seemed pretty heated up about it, anyway…) The battle starts here, and then continues over in DOOM PATROL #19!
Two Weeks ago- Eric Fine's stepfather Kevin has given him twenty-four house to be out of his house. This would mean the 21 year old might have to sleep on the streets, if not for a package from his deceased grandfather, which contains a DVD explaining how he was now willing Eric a particle cannon, four mistresses and three billion dollars.
Twelve days ago- Kevin comes home to Eric sitting in the dark. After Eric's gloating, he shoots his stepfather dead.
One week ago- Kevin shows up to his friends basement during one of their weekly D&D games. He explains that he is now starting a super villain organization called C.R.U.S.H. and their first order of business is to a build a base in the volcano on Oolong Island.
Twelve hours ago- Scandal Savage and Liana Kerzner try to set Bane up on a date with Spencer, a girl at Superiors Gentleman's Club, but Bane nearly kills a man and the three need to leave quickly. But not before Spencer asks Bane for a second date.
Now- Robotman is fishing in a stream on Oolong Island when he is surrounded by his Doom Patrol teammates. He explains he is there trying to catch one of the Chief's bio-accidents. But the team is ambushed by the Secret Six, who were hired by Eric, to kill the Doom Patrol so he could take over the island.
While the two teams are fighting Eric sends in his team to set a bomb in the volcano and when it blows it look like the end of the Doom Patrol and the Secret Six.
