Doctor Doom has plans for Reed Richards and his Stretching Powers, so he sends Mr. Fantastic back up into the cosmic radiation storm so he can reclaim his lost abilities.
Unfortunately for Reed, although the re-exposure to the beams is successful, the villain Red Ghost has also been rejuvenated, and Reed must defeat the villain before returning to earth!
