"This is it! The big showdown- Batgirl vs Lady Shiva... to the death!"
Batgirl records a message to Batman saying, "thank you" and "I'm sorry". After some brief soul searching she goes to say goodbye to Oracle, who tries to convince Batgirl not to battle Lady Shiva.
Batgirl leaves Oracle stuned and meets Lady Shiva on a Gotham roof top.
The two exchange little words and begin to fight. Lady Shiva kills Batgirl, and brings her back from the dead.
After some tea, the two combants discuss death, and karma.
The two exchange more words and begin round two. This time Batgirl seems to have the upper hand but passes out next to Lady Shiva on the floor.
The last scene is the two women lying on the floor and Lady shiva whispers "I'll kill you."
Batgirls only reply "Not tonight."
