    This issue serves to tie up loose ends and provide some new beginnings for the corps which is consolidating from its losses during the Sinestro Corps War.  It is really told in a sequence of vignettes as opposed to any real plot.  Some of the short stories are pretty well handled, others just seems like filler.  The standout moments among these are between Kyle and Guy and then between Guy and Ice.  This provides some resolution for Guy and Kyle partnership but only confuses things between him a...
