Logan is missing, Mystique goes looking for him. He is on the track of Nick Fury. He finds a nearby warehouse the only place close enough to hide the missing sentinel. He finds the sentinel and Nick fury’s men. He confronts Nick in a office. He swings his claws at Fury by they go right though him, he is a hologram. Nick tell wolverine the building is about to explode and to get Mystique out.
