For the first time in over two decades, Ms. Marvel stars in her own ongoing series! Come along for one heck of a wild ride as Brian Reed (co-writer of the thrilling SPIDER-WOMAN: ORIGIN) joins forces with penciler extraordinaire Rob de la Torre for an action-packed adventure that includes special guest stars Captain America and Jessica Jones. All this and an alien invasion that could mean the end of life on Earth, is tucked inside a cover by Eisner Award-nominated Frank Cho!After many years as a super hero, Carol has come to the realization that she should be doing more with her life. She could be more than just another hero, she could be the best of the best.

    In an effort to increase her stature as a super hero,Carol visits with Sarah Day, the most powerful publicist in New York City. Sarah decides to start Carol's publicity campign with a "Where Are They Now?" segment on the populat television show Super Powers.

    Later that night, while patrolling New York City as Ms. Marvel, Carol witnesses a comet entering the Earth's atmosphere. The green glow of the comet and its overall speed and trajectory cause her to suspect that all is not as it seems with the comet.

    After following the comet south for over 900 miles, Ms. Marvel is unable to stop it from crashing in the small town of Spaulding, Georgia.

    After the crash, the inside of the comet is revealed to be home to Brood invasion force...

    More than a pretty face! 0

       The fabulous first issue of Ms. Marvel! After the space time continuim changing events of the House of M story arc, Ms. Marvel realized that she could be much more than just another Avenger, and that she needed to branch out to make a name for herself. So, she dawned her old threads and did away with the Warbird mantle to once again become... Ms. Marvel!     The issue starts off with Carol recollecting her Air Force days piloting a jet, when fast forward to the present the D-list villian Stil...
