    First I just want to make clear that I am not really good at getting my points across when it comes to reviews which is why I really don't do reviews but for some reason I feel compelled to write one for this book. So with that out that way lets start:This issue starts off with Harley on a crime spree with her quintets and pet hyenas (love them by the way) robbing all kinds of jewelry when all of a sudden a dome is placed over the city.
